Submit your abstract via this abstract submission form.

Wait for Abstract Acceptance

The conference committee will review your abstract.

This process may take several weeks. Please be patient and check your email regularly for updates.

If your abstract is accepted, you will receive an acceptance email.

The email will include your abstract ID, which is required for the payment process.

Make the Payment

Access the Payment gateway through this link or the following QR Code.

Make sure to mention your Abstract ID and complete the payment and save the payment confirmation for future reference.

Fill the Registration Form

Go to the registration page using the link.

Fill in your personal and payment details carefully and provide the proof of payment in the form of a screenshot along with the Transaction ID. 
Review and submit the form.
